Here a quack.

Everywhere a QUACK CHEEP QUACK CHEEP.

HOOOOOOOOOOONK!!!

'Twas everyone's favorite time of year. Hatching season. This year, in keeping with our Creative Arts Week theme centered around the musical Honk!, we decided to surprise our Littles and plant some duck eggs in with the chick eggs.

Imagine their surprise when the first three fowls to hatch were ducks.

"The chick is a duck!"

"The second chick is a duck, too!"

No chicks were choked during the documentation of this annual cuteness.

Poor dear. Tortured by little boys and their need to shove living creatures in a lady's face.

 

The chicks got more attention once Donald and Daffy Duck and their extended family left.



Be still my heart. They are cute.

My Littles aren't bad either.
